	m	1 hex digit - month sysmod was developed, relative 1
	f	1 decimal digit - corresponding to affected FMID:

		0	EDM1102 elements unique to 3375/3380/3390 support
		1	EBB1102
		2	EDM1102
		3	EDS1102
		4	FDS1122

	xx	2 characters, more or less assigned sequentially beginning
		with 00

The MCS is not set up to allow the installation of 3375 support without
3380 + 3390 support.  Refer to the MCS for PRE/SUP information.
More than likely, there are some PTFs out there which will require new
levels of these usermods; please let me know when you run across them.
