The OS/VS1 distribution is provided by Rodolfo Cozzi and is available at his site.
Go to http://linux390.unlp.edu.ar
Then go to "registracion". Follow the steps and get your password.
With this, go to "Archivos". Here is "Osvs1 para hercules" (25 MB).
There are some examples and jobs.
Note: I have not inspected this distribution and if you do find any non-free material included you should remove it.
